Sagana Trip

The first trip of 2024

Enjoy an adventurous and thrilling stay at Sagana’s Jangwani Camp.

The trip kicks off at Total P.S Juja City Mall and makes its way to Makuyu, then detour along the Murang’a ridge to Makutano, following the Sagana River but not quite seeing it. We then join the Maragua – Murang’a road, skirting Murang’a town and then making our way to Murang’a Gorges, before dropping into camp.

At camp, prepare for a thrilling splash along the Sagana River via boat riding or white water rafting.

Afraid of the water? Then worry not as there is ziplining and archery to keep you busy.

The campsite overlooks the river and is soothing for relaxing and engaging in campfire banter.

The camp also has a bar that offers karaoke and music all with a picturesque background.

Camping own tent is Ksh 1,000

Camping with their equipment plus breakfast is Ksh 2,000

They also have dome tents at Ksh 3,000 b&b, Luxury Tented Camps at Ksh 12,000/- per double b&b.

This weekend also happens to be our Founder’s birthday, so be prepared to party till late.

Members can then leave on Sunday afternoon at their own leisure!
